The Australian Capital Territory (ACT) Legislative Assembly passed new Freedom of Information laws yesterday that will make it easier to obtain Government documents.
The ACT Greens backed the Opposition's proposed amendments to the territory's Freedom of Information Act, which will remove the Government's right to restrict access to documents through the use of conclusive certificates. ACT Electorates - Image via Wikipedia
