Regarding the Wikileaks issue over the Afghanistan documents
[With respect to the Afghanistan documents published on Wikileaks] There is no doubt that security matters are often legitimately denied.. The problem is that because citizens are losing faith in their governments, the governments must do more than just say no. They should be providing enough information to allow citizens to understand why it would not be good for the country's security to disclose security information. They have to work to develop trust.
